本隐私政策说明 TMACG Marketing API Manager 在提供 Google 服务集成、广告账户管理、网站数据分析及相关服务时，如何访问、使用、存储和保护相关信息。
This Privacy Policy explains how TMACG Marketing API Manager accesses, uses, stores, and protects information when providing Google service integration, advertising account management, website data analysis, and related services.
1. 我们可能访问的信息
在获得有效授权后，TMACG 可能访问以下信息：
- Google Ads 账户信息、广告系列设置、广告内容、定向设置、账户状态和表现数据；
- Google Search Console 网站资源、搜索表现、Sitemap、URL 检查和索引相关信息；
- 用于身份验证和维持授权连接所需的基本 Google 账户信息；
- 为维持已授权访问而必要的账户标识和 OAuth 凭据，包括访问令牌和刷新令牌。
TMACG 不会请求访问 Gmail 邮件、Google Drive 文件、联系人或其他与服务无关的 Google 数据。
1. Information we may access
After valid authorization has been granted, TMACG may access:
- Google Ads account information, campaign settings, advertisements, targeting settings, account status, and performance data;
- Google Search Console properties, search performance data, sitemap information, URL inspection results, and indexing-related information;
- basic Google Account information required for authentication and maintaining the authorized connection;
- account identifiers and OAuth credentials necessary to maintain authorized access, including access tokens and refresh tokens.
TMACG does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or other Google data unrelated to the services provided.
2. 信息使用方式
通过 Google API 获取的信息仅用于提供或改进以下服务：
- 管理客户已明确授权或已关联的 Google Ads 账户；
- 获取广告和网站表现数据；
- 生成内部分析和客户报告；
- 监控广告账户、广告系列和网站状态；

TMACG 不会将 Google 用户数据用于与服务无关的广告投放、画像、信贷决策或个人信息出售。
2. How information is used
Information obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide or improve the following services:
- managing Google Ads accounts that clients have explicitly authorized or linked;
- retrieving advertising and website performance data;
- generating internal analysis and client reports;
- monitoring advertising accounts, campaigns, and website status;
- managing campaigns on behalf of authorized clients;
- supporting search performance analysis and related optimization work;
- maintaining system security, diagnosing errors, and preventing unauthorized access.
TMACG does not use Google user data for unrelated advertising, profiling, credit decisions, or the sale of personal information.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy
TMACG 对通过 Google API 获取的信息的使用和传输，将遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy，包括 Limited Use 要求。
具体包括：
- Google 用户数据仅用于提供或改进与服务直接相关的功能；
- 不出售 Google 用户数据；
- 除提供客户要求的服务、遵守法律要求、处理安全事件或由受保密义务约束的必要服务提供商处理外，不向第三方转移 Google 用户数据；

3. Google API Services User Data Policy
TMACG’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In particular:
- Google user data is used only to provide or improve features directly related to the services;
- Google user data is not sold;
- Google user data is not transferred to third parties except when necessary to provide the requested service, comply with legal requirements, address security incidents, or work with necessary service providers subject to confidentiality obligations;
- humans do not read Google user data unless the user has given affirmative permission, access is required for security or legal compliance, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operational purposes.

TMACG 不会出售 Google 用户数据或客户广告数据。
信息仅可能在以下情况下披露：
- 向为提供客户所要求服务而确有必要访问的 TMACG 授权人员披露；
- 向为托管、保护、维护或运行相关服务所必需的服务提供商披露，前提是其承担适当的保密和数据保护义务；

- 为调查欺诈、滥用、安全事件或违反相关条款的行为而合理必要时；
- 经客户明确授权时。
4. Information sharing and disclosure
TMACG does not sell Google user data or client advertising data.
Information may be disclosed only:
- to authorized TMACG personnel who need access to provide the requested service;
- to service providers necessary to host, secure, maintain, or operate the relevant services, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations;
- when required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request;
- when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of applicable terms;
- with the client’s explicit authorization.

TMACG 采取合理的技术和组织措施保护账户凭据和相关信息，包括访问控制、权限限制和最小化访问范围。
OAuth 凭据和已获取的数据仅在服务运行所必需的范围内存储。任何存储或传输方式均无法保证绝对安全。
5. Data storage and security
TMACG applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account credentials and related information, including access controls, permission restrictions, and minimizing the scope of access.
OAuth credentials and retrieved data are stored only where necessary to operate the services. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.
6. 数据保留
相关信息仅在以下目的所需的合理期限内保留：
- 提供已授权的账户管理或报告服务；
- 维护必要的业务和安全记录；
- 遵守法律义务；
- 解决争议并执行相关协议。
当访问不再需要时，相关凭据和存储数据将在合理期限内删除或匿名化，法律或合法运营义务要求继续保留的情形除外。
6. Data retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the authorized account management or reporting service;
- maintain necessary business and security records;
- comply with legal obligations;
- resolve disputes and enforce applicable agreements.
When access is no longer required, related credentials and stored data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, unless continued retention is required by law or a legitimate operational obligation.

7. Revoking access and requesting deletion
Authorized users may revoke access through the security or third-party access settings of their Google Account.
Google Ads clients may also unlink their advertising account from the relevant Google Ads Manager Account.
